Chicago's epic three-piece Russian Circles have been frazzling my mind like rain water on a circuit board for three years now, ever since the release of their debut album 'Enter'. Balancing between what the band call "doom and violence" and "solace and redemption", their music is powerful, post-rocky stuff that's not afraid to go a bit metal every now and then.
